    Research Associate II/III

    The Zeta Corporation manufactures and distributes diagnostic antibodies and accessories critical for reliable diagnosis with the mission to transform the diagnostic routine into certainty, supporting physicians worldwide in diagnosing patients battling life-threatening diseases.
    Currently, the Zeta Corporation is expanding, seeking an exceptionally motivated individual to support our efforts. The person we look for should be able to
    • perform simplified product manufacturing and manage antibody inventory
    • assist in overseeing SOP-controlled operations, ongoing procedures, and employee productivity assessment
    • craft SOP (Standard Operation Protocol) drafts upon need for review
    The company will provide proper training on operating the product reality and traceability.

    Responsibilities

    1. Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability. Performs all routine and special procedures, which include but are not limited to:
    a. Inventory management: Check stock, print labels, cross-check outgoing products, packing, and shipping.
    b. Prepare antibodies and detection reagents
    c. Prepare antibodies diluted at desired concentration and pre-diluted antibodies
    d. Monitoring/managing of antibody inventory as well as reagents and required supplies and the refill thereof
    2. Safeguard regulatory QA/QC compliance.
    3. Safeguard QMS compliance according to ISO regulations currently in place.
    4. Comfortability with SOPs enabling support of evolving the employee training record upon need.
    5. Reliable and timely reporting to leadership.
    6. Independent and efficient organization of work time is desired.
    7. Maintains all lab equipment in a proper state of readiness and cleanliness.

    Skills and Qualifications

    1. Major degree in the biological and/or life sciences.
    2. Industry-related experience for five years +.
    3. Experience of managerial duties is appreciated.
    4. A solid understanding of regulatory needs is desired.
    5. Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics.
    6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
    7. Strong organizational and communication skills.
    8. Familiar with ISO 13485:2016 or other ISO regulations.
