Please e-mail, fax (626) 836-9149 or call (626) 355-2053 or toll free (888) 355-2053 (USA) your purchase order with product order number, catalog numbers, detail shipping and billing, and contact information to Zeta customer service. Credit card orders are accepted.

CONFIRMING ORDERS
To avoid duplication of your shipment, please make sure that written confirmation orders are clearly marked.

PRICES
Prices are given in the accompanying product lists. They are subject to change without prior notice. No minimum order required. If a price is not listed, please contact customer services.

SHIPPING
Products are shipped by FedEx or UPS Priority Overnight. Shipping charges are prepaid and added to your invoice unless you provide us with your own FedEx or UPS account numbers.

FAST DELIVERY
Normally all orders received before 2:00 pm Pacific Standard Time Monday through Thursday will be shipped out at the same day for next day delivery. Orders received on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday unless otherwise required.

PAYMENT 
Payment term is Net 30 days otherwise agreed in writing. Overdue amounts are subject to carrying charge at 1.5% per month (18% per annum). All check payment should be made payable to:
